We know that for some young people, traditional routes can feel difficult to access or sustain.
That is why we provide inclusive, community-focused programmes that remove barriers to engagement and create meaningful opportunities for progress.

HOW WE RELATE TO SWINDON TUITION CENTRE
The Pathways Foundation operates independently from Swindon Tuition Centre, with separate governance, financial management and decision-making structures.
Some shared services will be supported through a formal Service Level Agreement, including areas such as finance, HR and compliance support.
This means we are connected in values and local purpose, while remaining a distinct organisation with our own community mission.
