The safety and wellbeing of young people is central to everything we do.

We are committed to strong safeguarding practice, clear referral pathways, and safe, transparent working in all areas of delivery. Our governance model and operational framework are designed to align safeguarding, compliance and oversight effectively. The business plan also anticipates formal safeguarding framework alignment through the SLA arrangement.
