Every Pupil Needs the Right Pathway

Some pupils find it difficult to access learning because of emotional, social, communication or sensory barriers. Others may be at risk of exclusion, struggling to attend, finding relationships difficult, or feeling overwhelmed by the demands of school.

Our mentors help pupils understand themselves, build trust with adults, develop practical strategies and take small, meaningful steps forward.

We work alongside schools, families and professionals to provide consistent support that is matched to each pupil’s needs and EHCP outcomes.

What Makes Pathways Different?

Mentoring with purpose

Our mentors are trained to deliver a range of structured programmes, not just informal support. Sessions are planned around clear targets, and each pupil’s progress is reviewed throughout the intervention.

Programmes matched to pupil need

We provide mentoring around emotional regulation, confidence, resilience, communication, social skills, behaviour reflection, positive routines, attendance, preparation for learning and future aspirations.

Tracked and accountable intervention

We measure impact using baseline assessments, session records, pupil voice, attendance and engagement data, progress against outcomes, and feedback from schools and families.

Evidence of progress

Schools receive clear updates showing what has been delivered, how the pupil has responded, what progress has been made and what the next steps should be.

Relationship first, outcomes always

Pupils make progress when they feel safe, understood and respected. Our mentors build trusted relationships while keeping the work focused, purposeful and measurable.
