The Pathways Foundation is a Community Interest Company Limited by Guarantee and
operates as a non-profit social enterprise. Any surplus generated is reinvested into
programmes that reduce barriers to education, promote inclusion and improve life chances.
We are building a strong governance structure to ensure our work is ethical, transparent and
community-led.
